1. What are your minimums for orders?

There are no minimums other than ordering in case quantities.

2. Can we pay a deposit on a large order and the balance when the order ships?

Yes, all custom orders and special orders require a deposit if the order is not paid-in-full at the time of order. Please contact our Sales Department to arrange the deposit on your large order by calling us at the phone number shown on the Contact Us page.

3. Can I get even better prices than you show at your website when I place a very large quantity order?

Yes! Orders over 5 pallets qualify for sales account executive review to make sure that you get the best price possible. For a quote, please register for an account at the website, then call or E-mail our Sales Department.

4. Can I talk to someone about products or my order?

5. If an item that I have ordered is on back-order, when will it ship and how will I know?

If the product is not in stock for shipment within two business days, we will notify you by phone or by email. You may also call or E-mail us for status updates on backordered items. As soon as your back ordered item is available, we will notify you.
